All prices are per person, per night, inclusive of a full English breakfast:

Two adults sharing.
All rooms at our Grasmere Guest House are en-suite.

Double  bedded rooms.

Sunday to Thursday£44.00

Friday & Saturday£48.00

Bank Holiday weekends£50.00

Minimum two night stay only available.

Minimum three night stay only available on Bank Holiday Weekends.

A non refundable deposit of the first nights tariff is required to confirm a reservation. If confirmation is not received within 7 days the reservation will be released. The balance of the cost of the stay is payable on arrival. A confirmed booking is a legally binding contract. We advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

We have no facilities for accepting credit or debit cards. Terms are strictly cash or cheque (with a current guarantee card).

We are sorry, but we do not have the facilities to accommodate children or pets.
We do not accept guests under 18 years of age.
Rooms are available from 4.00pm or earlier by special arrangement.
No arrivals after 7.00pm.
Rooms have to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

We cater for our registered guests only and, in order to maintain their security and comfort, we are not open to non-residents at any time.
