TARIFF 2011/12         Please note that normally we offer accommodation on the basis of a 2 night minimum stay. If our diary allows we welcome one night stays at Heron Beck, although there is a £10.00 per person supplement.

 

All prices are per person, per night, inclusive of a full English breakfast (served at 8.30 am) :-

Two adults sharing.
All rooms at Heron Beck Guest House are en-suite.

Please note that we have two Double bedded rooms and one Twin bedded room.

Daily tariff for a Double bedded room           £48.00

Daily tariff for a Twin bedded room               £50.00

Bank Holiday weekends                                   £55.00

 

A non refundable deposit of the first nights tariff is required by us, to confirm a reservation. If a deposit is not received within 7 days, the tentative reservation will be released. The balance of the cost of the stay is payable on arrival. A confirmed booking is a legally binding contract. We advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance, as you are liable for the full cost of the reservation, as stated in the communication confirming such reservation.

We have no facilities for accepting credit or debit cards. Terms are strictly cash or cheque (with a current guarantee card).

We are sorry, but we do not have the facilities to accommodate children or pets.
We do not accept guests under 18 years of age.
Rooms are available from 4.00pm or earlier by special arrangement.
No arrivals after 7.00pm.
Rooms have to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

We cater for our registered guests only and, in order to maintain their security and comfort, we are not open to non-residents at any time.

Your vehicles.

Your vehicles & any accessories and contents are left entirely at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage from or to any vehicle from any cause whatsoever.
